Shibori ribbon - chocolate brown 20cm (colour 1140)

•Hand dyed silk ribbon.

•Order in multiples of 20cm. eg. 3 x 20cm = 60cm

•Shibori is a Japanese term for several methods of dyeing cloth with a pattern by binding, stitching, folding, twisting, or compressing it.

•Please note dye lots will vary.
Both the colour and texture is steam set. The pleating is semi-permanent. You can alter or remove the texture by ironing. Width of ribbon is 12cm when ironed flat.

•The ribbon is made from bias cut ribbon which means there may be a join in your length. This will be avoided if at all possible.
The edges are raw and will fray in time.
